Women optimizing women and families by providing education, resources, and support to help improve their lives and the lives around them. Inspire. Empower. Advocate.
The founders of WOW wanted to create a non-intimidating environment for women in our community who are in every phase of life to come together for inspiration and resources to help improve their lives and the lives around them.
WOW is a safe place for women of all different backgrounds to express their knowledge and share their experiences in hopes of encouraging other women and families in our community to strive for their goals and reach their fullest potential. WOW hopes to empower our community to learn more about the needs of Northern Colorado and motivate them to volunteer.
WOW advocates and provides support to local, national and global organizations who fight child trafficking and sex exploitation. Our goal is to bring more awareness around this difficult topic and educate our community on ways to fight human trafficking.
Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us affect change.
Contrary to popular misconceptions, sex trafficking rarely begins with kidnapping by a stranger.
Instead, sex traffickers groom their victims by using love – romantic love, friendship and familial love to manipulate them into cooperating in their own exploitation.
It is often someone they know and may even love.

Your contributions will enable us to meet our goals within our community and help local, national and global organizations fight child trafficking and support survivors of human trafficking. Your generous donation will fund our mission.
For Fall 2023, Glow Getters™ Tween will be partnering with W.O.W. (Women Optimizing Women) to supply students in need with new backpacks full of school supplies and toiletries. Because of the connection that W.O.W. has within Northern Colorado, these backpacks will be given to our most vulnerable young people within our community.
